Refund & Returns Policy—Rhude Shorts
At Rhude Shorts, we understand that sometimes things just don’t fit the way you expected—or maybe your style has shifted. That’s why we’ve made our refund and returns policy clear and simple. Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable shopping with us, knowing we’ve got your back.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return any item within 15 days of delivery. To be accepted, the item must be unworn and unused, include all original tags and packaging, and have proof of purchase (like an order confirmation or receipt)
Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
2. What Can’t Be Returned
Some items are non-returnable, including Gift cards, Sale or clearance items, and Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies, you can always reach out before sending it back.
3. Starting a Return
Returns are easy. Just:
- Email refund@rhudeshorts.com with your order number and reason for the return
- Our team will guide you through the next steps
- Send the item back using a trackable shipping method
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 5–7 business days after we process the return. We’ll notify you by email when the refund has been issued.

5. Exchanging Items
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This keeps things moving quickly and ensures you get the right item before it sells out.
6. Damaged or Wrong Orders
If your order arrives with damage or isn’t what you ordered, let us know within 7 days. Send us an email at refund@rhudeshorts.com with a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it—whether that means a refund or a replacement.
7. Return Shipping & Tracking
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending your return. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee that your item will arrive safely. Keep your shipping receipt until your refund has been processed.
8. International Orders
If you’re outside the U.S., you can still return eligible items. However, international customers are responsible for all return shipping and any related customs fees. Be sure to contact us first to get the correct return address and instructions.
